This is the Victor Equipment Journeyman II cutting and welding torch outfit. This particular kit is the #0384-2041. It is very similar to the Journeyman Kit #0384-2041 but with less accessories and the handle is not extra heavy duty model. The handle is the 315FC and not the H315FC. This kit also comes with the new Victor Edge regulators. The new Edge regulators are made for safety. The physical size of the regulators will not protrude beyond the shoulder of the cylinder. So if the cylinder tips over, the regulator has a better chance of surviving compared to standard regulators. This is one of the greatest breakthroughs in regulator technology in decades.
