Victor Equipment Journeyman II Cutting & Welding Torch Kit 0384-2041



This is the Victor Equipment Journeyman II cutting and welding torch outfit.  This particular kit is the #0384-2041.  It is very similar to the Journeyman Kit #0384-2041 but with less accessories and the handle is not extra heavy duty model.  The handle is the 315FC and not the H315FC.  This kit also comes with the new Victor Edge regulators.  The new Edge regulators are made for safety.  The physical size of the regulators will not protrude beyond the shoulder of the cylinder.  So if the cylinder tips over, the regulator has a better chance of surviving compared to standard regulators.  This is one of the greatest breakthroughs in regulator technology in decades.  Here is what is included with the Journeyman II 0384-2041 kit:

Victor Equipment Journeyman Cutting Torch Kit # 0384-2036




Victor Equipment has released the new version of the Journeyman and Journeyman II cutting and welding torch kit.  The kits components have remained the same except the regulators.  The regulators are now the new EDGE regulators that Victor just released also.  The EDGE regulator is the latest breakthrough in regulator technology.  The best regulator for safety is now in the Victor lineup.  This regulator, when attached, does not extrude further than the shoulder of the cylinder.  The older style regulators would extrude 3-6 inches past the shoulder of the cylinder.  If a cylinder would get knocked over, the older regulators would be broken off and then the cylinder could become out of control.  The new design will not extrude out and thus preventing a major safety issue.  That is the main difference in the new outfits compared to the previous models.  Here is what is included with the Journeyman kit #0384-2036 :
