Here is the Victor Cutskill welding and cutting torch outfit #0384-2600.  The Cutskill line of torches is one step below the Victor genuine torch kits.  These are still great kits but with a more attractive price.  The warranty on this entire kit is 2 years.  The genuine kits come with a 5 year warranty on the torch and 3 year warranty on the regulators.  But still a great kit.  Here is what is included in this kit:
